1- her actual name is caitlin. her nicknames are cat and katie. she stopped answering to the second one after middle school.
2- she's actually a dog person. I mean she likes dogs, n-not like...she's a 'dog-person'. she's indifferent to cats.
3- speaking of not being a dog-person, she isn't a 'cat-person' either. the cat ears and tail are visual devices, they aren't visible to anyone in the comic (BEATING A DEAD HORSE SORRY)
4- cat is generally pretty understanding, and will tone down her theatrics if she needs to lend an ear to a pal. she has an open mind and plays a good devils advocate.
5- she's also pretty selfish and manipulative. she has a conscience, but 9 times out of 10 will fuck someone over if it means gaining something she wants.
6- she's bisexual, but leans towards men. she's never been with a consistent female partner.
7- she is a scrappy little lady, and almost enjoys a good fight; a bit of an adrenaline junkie. not as balls to the wall as damien, but still a little too excited to go to blows.
8- she was a barista for a while, an amateur model for a while, and now is a small-time dealer. her dream is still modeling-related, but she's too lazy/unmotivated atm to really do much with it.
9- she's a terrible flirt, and will probably not fuck you.
10- cat has a high self-esteem, and when emotionally shoulder-checked into self-doubt, she becomes clingy and needy. hence that weird almost love-triangle comic I never update oops.
